About
Malorie A. Crosley is a Board Certified Family Law Attorney and Shareholder at Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers — one of only a select group of attorneys in Texas to hold board certification in family law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has built a practice centered on highly contested custody cases, complex family dynamics, and matters involving children with specialized medical needs and survivors of violence.
What sets Attorney Crosley apart begins long before law school. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington with a specialization in Children and Family — a foundation that shapes every client interaction. From her earliest years, she was a natural mediator and problem-solver for family and friends navigating difficult situations. That instinct carried her first into social work, then to the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock, where she served as an advocate for clients who could not afford legal representation. The listening skills, client education strategies, and adaptable approach she developed there remain central to her practice today.
Attorney Crosley believes that the most important work in any family law case begins at the very first consultation. She approaches every client relationship by asking the right questions, understanding what matters most to that individual, and building a legal strategy specifically tailored to their goals and circumstances. In one recent contested property division matter, that preparation resulted in her client securing 100 percent of the marital residence plus $30,000 in stocks — while the opposing party received only their separate property business and personal effects. In custody matters, she has successfully protected children from harmful situations by developing precise, well-documented case strategies and presenting compelling evidence to the court.
Her specialized experience with children who have advanced medical needs and cases involving domestic violence survivors reflects a depth of understanding that goes beyond legal knowledge — it comes from genuinely knowing how family trauma affects children, including recognizing the behavioral changes — withdrawal, aggression, difficulty re-acclimating to home routines — that can appear after visitation in high-conflict situations. This perspective, built over years of legal practice and grounded in her social work training, allows her to identify and document patterns that other attorneys may overlook.
Attorney Crosley is active in the Tarrant County legal community, currently serving as Past Chairperson of the Women Attorney Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association after leading the section as Chairperson from 2024 to 2025. She also serves on the board of directors of a Tarrant County legal nonprofit providing free legal services to those in need — a role that reflects her longstanding commitment to access to justice. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Texas Bar College.
Her work has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Star five consecutive years (2021–2025), by Fort Worth Magazine as a Top Attorney (2023, 2024, and 2025), and by 360 West magazine as a Top Attorney (2024).
When she's not in the courtroom or the office, Attorney Crosley loves spending time with her family — exploring local art festivals, visiting the zoo, cooling off at the pool, and trying out new restaurants around town. She's also usually in the middle of a good book, a craft project, or what she intended to be "just one episode" of a new streaming show.

I worked with Malorie Crosley for about a year on my case. The process, albeit long, was always clearly spelled out for me. I was also impressed with the timely responses of my inquiries. The process was very unfamiliar to me, and Kim and Malorie were always very helpful to answer all of my questions and keep me comfortable throughout the whole process. They provided sound advice and were able to navigate the complex process very efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.- Christian

Having Malorie by my side gave me the confidence and assurance I desperately needed during the most difficult and chaotic time in my life. She, and her team, were always available to thoroughly answer my constant questions, and in language I could understand. They always made me felt “seen” during the numerous times situations turned emotional, while at the same time, reassured by their calming expertise on a path forward. Time after time, that expertise was challenged, and without fail, was found to be correct. They proved to me that I could trust them to always tell me the correct, and up-to-date information on matters they are experts in, and just as importantly, when to seek different counsel on matters they are not. I truly cannot express how much I appreciate all Malorie and her team did for me. So, if you find yourself in a situation where you need someone to be your champion, please call them and see for yourself. I am so glad I did.- Russ
