Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers is hiring a family law attorney to work in our Frisco office. This is a full-time, mid-level position.

The minimum requirement for this role is at least six months to two years of family law experience.

The responsibilities of the associate attorney include assisting more seasoned team members, as well as working with their own clients. Potential associate attorneys should be able to work with the Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers team to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Estate Planning Attorney—Frisco, TX

Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team serving Collin, Denton, and Tarrant Counties. This is a full-time, mid-level position.

The minimum requirement for this role is at least two years of experience in probate, guardianship, and/or estate planning law.

The responsibilities of the Estate Planning Attorney include handling probate and guardianship matters, drafting estate planning documents, advising clients on estate administration strategies, and contributing to the growth of the firm’s probate and estate planning practice. Potential candidates should be able to work collaboratively with the Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers team to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters.

The minimum requirement for this role is one to three years of family law or similar litigation experience.

The responsibilities of the associate attorney include representing clients in divorces, child custody matters, modifications, enforcements, mediations, and contested hearings, while working alongside experienced attorneys for mentorship and support.
