The offices of Duane L. Coker, P.C., Attorneys at Law, opened in August 1998. We chose to become a part of the Denton Community because we find Denton to be a place that continues to embrace the traditional values of community. We are proud to be a part of a caring and connected society.

Duane L. Coker and his associate Kelly K. Erickson are Denton, Texas lawyers who represent clients in family law cases. More than just Texas Divorce Lawyers, our office helps clients with child custody litigation, adoption, child support, and modifications.
We also handle probate litigation, including guardianships, probating Wills, and Will contests.
With the presence of the Denton State School and several senior communities, Denton County, Texas has one of the highest per capita rates for guardianship cases. Our Statutory Probate Court strictly enforces the requirements of the Texas Probate Code that guardianships be tailored in the least restrictive fashion possible.
