Jacob C. Jeffries, Associate Attorney
Jacob C. Jeffries is the newest associate attorney at CokerLegal. His educational
background is rich in numerous accomplishments, which he has carried into
the early stages of his legal career. Jacob earned his Bachelor’s
degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana and his Juris Doctorate
from Texas’ own Baylor University School of Law in 2014.
In his two years at Baylor, he was part of the Order of Barristers, where
he won Baylor’s Strasburger & Price Moot court Competition.
Additionally, he participated in the Zehmer National Worker’s Compensation
Moot Court and other advocacy competitions.
After graduating, he spent a brief time as a law clerk before beginning
work as an attorney. In the first year of his career, he focused primarily
on civil and family law matters, but handled criminal, traffic, and other
case types as well.
Jacob is a member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Denton County
Bar Association. He is also a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association
and was formerly certified by the American Board of Opticianry.
